Shipping policy

We endeavor to despatch all orders within one working day after processing and receiving payment.  Working days are Monday - Friday. We aim to deliver and process within these timescales but occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, this may change. We will always aim to contact customers should we envisage there to be a delay to their order. FREE UK Mainland shipping over £50.00.

The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process.

We only charge you delivery once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel.

SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES - Any orders that are sent and requested to be left in a safe place by the customer are considered delivered upon drop off at the safe place. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods as a result of safe place delivery theft or damaged.
